Shipping costs are calculated as shown below:- $8 to Canada (about 3-5 business days delivery)
Returns
If you have any problems what so ever please contact us first. If you would still like to return the product please follow the instructions below.- Please first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If an item is returned without an RMA number it will severely delay your return processing time.
- A receipt is not necessary but please keep your packing invoice as proof of purchase. This invoice, in most cases, will not be necessary but it is your proof of purchase incase any issues should arise.
- The returned item must be no more than 70% used. This gives ample opportunity to test the product before deciding that it does not meet your needs.
- You must return the un-satisfactory product for a refund to be issued. We can ship you a new product if necessary but no refund will be issued until the returned product has arrived.
- It will take 7 business days to process your return and a credit to be issued. Please also be aware that your bank may take 30 days to apply the credit to your credit card.
